WOW........Nearly a month...

Hello Everyone
WOW I am stunned I knew I had been busy but a whole month near enough gosh!
I hope you are all doing ok :)

There is a fabulous 4DD coming with the lovely Leann over on Create and Craft on Monday featuring the gorgeous Prestige Dies

These are gorgeous, you can use them in so many ways :)

Do check out the facebook pages for inspiration and ideas

Here is a card I made using the Prestige Die - Be your own kind of Beautiful
How nice is that sentiment :)
I used the Leaf Vein embossing folder from the textures collection and used a little shabby shutters distress ink. Just lately I have fallen more in love with distress inks, I hope to start a better collection of these. I used 3 different Die'sire quilling flowers - Camelia, Itsy Bitsy and Blossom - I cut them on plain white card and embossed one set with the leaf vein folder, I again used distress ink on them and I curled the edges with the end of my pokey tool, the leaves are from the Die'sire quilling leaves again embossed, and I used the Die'sire leaf swirl, and spring/summer wildflower dies, I added some ribbon and a few pearls too :)

The papers are loose sheets I found in my paper pile *blushes* its huge, I cannot remember where the sentiment is from sorry. The branches are from the Kimono Dies from Crafters companion its called blossom branch, so so useful, a few embellies from my stash and the circle die is from memory box.

Hiya Everyone
Hope you are all well today

How are you enjoying the shows :)
Fiona Clayton is bringing us some gorgeous ideas and fab shows over on Create and Craft, do check them out along with the facebook/twitter and pinterest pages

Today I have another few Destinations cards to share with you

One of my oldest friends lost her Mum suddenly many years ago, and we were all so shocked. Her Mum absolutely loved and collected Budda's - Everytime I see a Budda I think of her, so this card is just for you Sue, may you sleep peacefully xxx

I stamped the Budda and Peace word with a versamark pad and sprinkled gold embossing powder over it and heated it up. I used another of the stamps and stamped randomly in black ink over papers printed from the cd rom, I kept the card very clean and simple.

I cut the mermaid away from the main piece of card and mounted her onto some paper from the cd rom with 3d glue, the main backing paper is from the kit too, I added a paperkit sentiment and a few embellies then sprayed with spray and sparkle.

I think everyone knows my fave part of a Crafter's Companion cd rom is the card companions, and this cd was no exception. I used some paper from the paper pad as well, and I edged everything with distress inks, the sentiment is from the paperkit, embellies from my stash,

A trip around the world...

With Destinations lol...

Hope you are all well and enjoying the shows
You can catch Fiona Clayton over on Create and Craft with the stunning Destinations Collection
Right now :))))))))) lol

This first card uses elements from the cd rom, the tiger is from the shaped toppers section. I got a plate drew around it, cut and folded it in half to create my rocker base. I made some flowers using the fab Die'sire quilling dies and I used kraft card, I covered it with distress inks and edged with a black ink then I randomly smudged gold gliding wax over, I edged the image with pearls, the sentiment is from the sentiment section on the cd rom and embellies are from my stash. How proud does he look sitting there, not sure if he wants to jump out at me or not lol.

The next two cards are the Concept Cards from the Paperkit
How cool are these

Teeny Tiny easel cards, how sweet
I love these, and I love the size too, I added a few embellies to each, these are perfect for a little Thankyou or going away card, they are really easy to make up too just follow the score lines.

This one is so cool, a little tent fold suitcase card, again really easy to do. I used some embellies from my stash, I forgot to add any sparkle grrrrr.

This one is from the words stamp plate, I cut away a section at the bottom and stamped it complete as one onto a distress inked background, I love this effect, I then stamped it again, I wrapped some acetate around my card and then used 3d glue to stick to of the words to the acetate.

Today is the Day...

Hiya Everyone, Monday again!

Today is the day Fiona Clayton brings Destinations to Create and Craft
Oh me oh my
I hope you can tune in or catch it on record, the shows are sure to be amazing!
I can't wait to see what Fiona does :)

This is using one of the beautiful stamps, which I coloured with Spectrum Aquas (as soon as I find my colour list I will post it)
The sentiment is also from the stamps, the frame I printed from the cd rom and cut the aperature away, I then mounted it using 3d glue onto some kraft card, I covered the inside with some paper from the paperpad and some more kraft card and edged with lots of pearls. The embellies are from my stash.
I wanted her skirt to be raised, so I stamped her several times and coloured her up and then I used a glue pen lol to curve her dress, I stuck it only at one end, I really like the dimension. She looks like she is having a fab time dancing away.

I rarely do scrapbook pages, and currently my very clever little brother is living and working in New York, so I asked him to send me a couple of pics, because I knew they would match perfectly with elements from the kit. I used a stamp and coloured it with spectrum aquas, and I used different elements from the paperkit and inserts. I cut the stars from a punch and covered them with spray and sparkle.

Enjoy the shows

Happy Sunday
Hope you are all having a lovely weekend

Today I have some more Destinations to share
I am super excited one more sleep until Fiona Clayton brings this to us on Create and Craft :)
I cannot wait to see everything the team has created on screen

This first card used the beautiful beautiful Paperkit and the little round letters are from the sentiments section on the cd rom. This is such a gorgeous colour pallette, you would not think it all comes from the same collection, I adore it. I kept this one very plain and finished by spraying some pearl diamond spray and sparkle all over it, embellies are from my stash.

As soon as I saw this little cutie in the Paperpad I knew I had to use her. I cut her from the sheets and decoupaged her up using 3d glue. I made an acetate easel card and add papers and elements from the paper kit, the wonder word is one of the stamps which I stamped with distress ink, I used some kraft to mount it, the China I cut away from the paper with patience and a craft knife lol.

Hiya Everyone
Happy Friday
Hope you are all doing ok

Its our Anniversay today :) This time last year we were in Rome, what I would do to go back there, I think thats probably my happy place :)
Happy Anniversary Mart x x x

I am super excited for the New launch over on Create and Craft on Monday with the lovely
Fiona Clayton - this collection is my most FAVOURITE yet, it is truly beautiful
Don't forget to hit record so you can catch the shows!

This first card uses some of the paperkit and inserts, they are AMMMMMMMMMazing, I was giddy with excitement when I opened the package :) I made a double easel from some centura pearl and used some black card and some coredinations - you will find those over in the Crafter's Companion shop. I added some embellies from my stash, and the little branches are from the Kimono Die range - this is Blossom branch and is so adaptable - one of my most used dies at the moment :)

This project uses some of the gorgeous stamps and elements from the amazing cd rom. There are little suitcases on there that you can make up, I also had an old card/chipboard one from many moons ago which I decided to open up and fill with different bits and pieces. I covered it in some paint and I used some gold gliding wax on its trim. Everything was edged with distress inks too :) and I used some gorgeous kraft card.

These suitcases are fab, there is a variety on the cd rom so you can pick your destination :)

This is one of the stamps I stamped onto one of the tags from the cd rom, I used distress inks and randomly dabbed them over the stamp so it stamped in a mixed colour.

I used lots of little bits from the cd rom, tags, postcards, The lady is one of the stamps I coloured with spectrum aquas - at present I cannot find my colour list :( sorry we are in the middle of decorating. I added some embellies from my stash and some chipboard pieces, the pearls I stuck onto a piece of string to create a little necklace.

Do check out what my teamies have been up to - be prepared to be amazed :)
Truly stunning projects
