Sassy Studio Designs...

Hello Everyone
MIDweek already!

I am currently Guest designing for Sassy Studio Designs and currently they have a Progressive challenge over on their facebook page using the fab Smurfette , head on over to the page to find out all the deets and see what the team did

I first made a box using the daisy dreams A6 die from Crafter's Companion, I cut the die on some card and then scored lines along each edge of the die and cut away at an inch from those score lines to make my box up, I used the Big score board box feature, love that board.
I stuffed it with some crepe paper and I embellished the front with ribbon, pearls and paper, I mounted Smurfette with 3d glue. I coloured her up with Spectrum Noirs.

Kimono...

Hiya Everyone
Happy Tuesday

Are you enjoying the shows over on Create and Craft
Isn't Kimono just stunning!
Incase you need the show times here they are
(subject to change if the channel needs)
Today I have a make to share using some of the gorgeous embossing folders and dies :)
I made a little flap lid box, it reminds me of a book. I used the gorgeous Blossom Branch and Cherry Blossom embossing folders and distress inks on all edges of my coredinations and centura pearl cardstock. I used the pastel set of aquatints and splodged them over some plain cardstock, once dried, I cut the peacock die on it and the blossom from the Blossom branch die. I used some coredinations for the fan die and the rest of the Blossom branch die, I added some gems and pearls. These dies are gorgeous. The stamp is from the Lotus Flower Stamp.

Inside, I was thinking maybe bath bombs I could put in here

Happy Monday
Hope you are all well :)

I had a lovely day on Saturday mooching around Ally Pally and got a few nice new goodies :)
I can't wait to get started on a few projects :)

There is a FAB NEW LAUNCH over on Create and Craft with the fabulous
"Kimono Range"

This range is absolutely stunning, I totally loved working with it and I just know you will too
You can check out the 4 Day Deal over on the Channel and do check out the Crafter's Companion Shop too :)
I reckon this one will be such a hit! Its different and a little grown up, the colour pallettes are gorgeous
This is one of my fave Card Companions, I adore the colours on it and the little touches of red. I used some kraft card and coredinations and printed one of the 3d bows from the cd rom, I then copied it onto a paper I printed from the cd rom so it was the same colour. The little Birdcage is one of the NEW KIMONO dies - absolutely fabulous dies these are, the embellies are from my stash. I printed one of the inserts from the design sets to finish the inside.

This is from the decoupage section of the cd rom, I did not use all the layers that were printed but you can get so much dimension, especially if you use 3d glue to choose your size between the layers. I added some flowers and a tassel from my stash, the papers are from the cd rom also.

Thanks for popping by today
Have a GREAT day

Off to Church...

Hello Everyone
Hope you are all well

Today I am sharing a card I made for the recent Spring and Summer die launch from Crafter's Companion

These dies really are fabulous!

I wanted something clean and simple and went for kraft and white. I cut the church die out on some white card and mounted it onto some kraft, I then used the white windows from the die cut and added them in place on the kraft, the trees are from the rolling hills landscape die and I used one of the fab buntings, which I embossed some through with the petite dots embossing folder, a few embellies from my stash, and the sentiment is SU.

Flutterby & Dahlia...

Hiya Everyone
Happy Saturday :)

Here today with a couple of cards to share which I made for shows over on Create and Craft this weekend :)
They have some amazing products and samples to share with you :)
My cards today use some of Sheena's gorgeous stamps! I had fun with these
This first one is Dahlia
How pretty is this stamp! I coloured it up with spectrum noir markers and mounted them to my card using 3d glue. I used the Aurora Create a card die and domed it, I added a few pearls and some ribbon, the cardstock is the beautiful A3 printed which you can get from Crafter's Companion. The leaves I embossed with the delicate floral folder and curved the ends using my pokey tool.

Markers Used
Pink - FS6,8,BP1
Cream - TN1,EB2
Blue - BT1
Green - DG3,4

This one uses Sheena's beautiful butterfly. I stamped it onto cardstock and then onto acetate, I left the acetate without and colour and used my pencils to colour the cardstock butterfly. I embossed the background with the stunning butterfly folder and added some ribbon and pearls, I love the effect of this one.

Pencils used
Aquas - 061,062,063
Purple - 078,079
