I have made this cute little tag using the fab
There is a cupcake for every month of the year :)
I think this would be great for a Christmassy Birthday too
I coloured the image up with markers, the sentiment comes with the image, I mounted it onto my tag with glue. I embossed the black piece of card and the embellies are from mt stash
I think this makes a sweet little tag
