Alcohol Inks

Yay!!! they arrived already. I only ordered them yesterday, and must say i am impressed with the service from http://www.craftobsessions.co.uk/ . I decided just to buy 3 colours to begin with, the blending solution and a mixative which i brought from somewhere else why?! i dont know lol. So armed with my eggplant, cranberry and meadow i set to making a mess! must say how easy are these to use! That said it helps to read the bottles, i have tried in vain to try and get my alcohol inks to do the effects i have seen and it just wasn't working, maybe thats because they were distress inks lol! duh moment!!! So this was my very first attempt! I am really pleased with it too!. I tried to be a little creative so what i have done, is used the inks on some acetate for the main background of the atc, i stuck a piece of black mirri card underneath this. the main image i had used the inks on some card, and used several layers of utee over this, i then inked my stamp and stamped into it, it intensified the inks underneath, added a bit of ribbon and finished!
This was my 2nd go, i used the inks plain on the background, i stamped the heart image and the centre of it i coloured with black watercolour, i used a glitter gel pen on the wings. i used a piece of the inked acetate and stamped the wording on to that, a piece of leftover from the utee one to attach the acetate to the atc and again ribbon!
This is the final one i tried for today, i screwed up some kitchen foil and stuck it to the atc, i then inked that up, and stamped the word dragonfly a few times. I used friendly plastic to stamp the dragonfly into, stamped the word again and embossed it, stuck that on a piece of inked acetate.

These are all great. Are any available to swap?
