I coloured him up with copics, and mounted him on the embossed nestie, the waves I cut using a Martha Stewart punch, the sentiment I think is from Whimsie Doodles, clouds also from a die and the embellies from my stash.
Sorry to be short and sweet, I have had such a LOOOOOONG day
