Whiff of Joy Challenge

Hi everyone, Hope you are all well, I figured out my headache, duh who didnt take the antibiotics when she had the abess?! yep you guessed it, so that explains it, and the infection has revisited so I am pop popping those antibiotics, how I forgot them duh! Idiot springs to mind!

Well today my postie brought me my new Whiff of Joy Spring Stamps :O) via Sue, I have been asking Sue everyday "Have our stamps come yet" and Sue says "NO!" grrr, what a porky! lol, thanks for the surprise today hunny :O) Love ya muchly. So that pretty much decided what I would be doing with my day lol.

I know most of you have yours but Aint they GORGEOUS

So, I popped over to the Whiff of Joy challenge Blog, and there is a fabulous sketch to follow from Katharina, and a guest design team call, so biting the bullet I made this card for it.I have only entered one guest design team call before, and even then was too nervous to blog the card I had made lol, I honestly dont know whats wrong with me, whats the worst that can happen?! lol, that word Idiot springs to mind again.

Onto the card, I coloured the image with promarkers, oh she is just gorgeous. The papers are Stampin Up, and the plain cardstock dcwv. I added some lace in place of the scallops as when I sat scallops there I couldnt match my colours perfectly to the way I wanted and this is softer with the image I thinks.

The sentiment is hotp,cut on a nestie, I need a ton of thankyou cards at the mo, some owing since the begining of Jan, slap my wrists!, so The thankyou on the inside is hero arts. I made a boo boo though, as I had to use plain cardstock inside, I forgot I only had one sheet of each Stampin Up paper double duh!

I hope its ok, I cant wait to play with these stamps a little more :O) Thanks for Looking, and heaps of good wishes to all who have entered the guest dt call.xxx

And I wanted to show you what my little minx has got her mitts on, she has taken such a shine to this piece of K&co paper, we were literally fighting for it, I didnt have the heart to take it away from her, so she lays claim to it now, lol she knows exactly where it is too, note to self HIDE THE REST!!! :o)
