Happy News Dry Thursday

Hi Everyone I hope you are all well and happy today, is it me or does it seem a little warmer?, today is dry day for me everything is drying up lol, my nose, my lips my skin great stuff think I need a truck load of moisturiser!!! Hubby has decided get this to hang the wallpaper in the chimney alcove its one roll of paper!!! we have had since july! we shall see how it goes lol!. My Happy News is my sons blood tests have come back clear!!!!!!!!! :O)

The challenge this week over on Cute Card Thursday is to make a card using something you got for christmas or something you brought over the holidays, well I didnt buy stamps but I did recieve this stamp as one of my challenge prizes and I brought some promarkers so coloured it with those hope that qualifies!.Here it is:-The paper is from a k&co pad, and the plain cardstock a dcwv mat stack. I used a sizzix frame for the scallops and the sentiment is pb. I hope you like. I did do the inside but its only plain! lol.Thanks for Looking.x

I made this one last night, I was trying to be different not sure if I pulled it off but I used to love the collage feel of cards and seem to have lost the ease of doing them, so here is my sandy beach! all I need is a sprinkle of real sand to finish it off doubt I'll get any though lol.

I used Max fishing and inked all the edges of cardstock, I picked these colours to try and resemble a beach lol, I then wanted texture so added mesh and mulberry paper sorry seaweed lol, a few little embellishements some wire and corrugated card and of course a pearl in my shell. Again I did do the inside but because its more of a trad insert I couldnt get it to photo with out creasing it so didnt bother. I hope you like, thanks for Looking.
