ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and a Challenge

(****Please scroll down for Challenge****)
OMG am I not happy!!! :O( my beloved laptop decided to die on me this afternoon, no warning no nothing just shut itself off, after hubby spoke to the technical peeps they said it would be cheaper to replace it its un fixable :O( its christmas and I have an 8th birthday a week after how can I possibly afford a new one? sob sob, I am so sad!
Me and hubby have this thing you have your computer I have mine, dont touch!!! lol, but he has kindly moved his big huge bulky screen, huge keypad letters that I have to delete cos I hit the wrong ones, in your face pc to my seat in the front room so I can still blog lol. bless him I should be grateful but come on its not a lappie is it!
So if anyone knows of any rock bottom sales let me know please. I'm desperate, this is short term I do hope!

So in the meantime I started a Challenge, when I say started I mean I was at it all night last night and again today stamping, glittering, inking, sticking my gosh but the challenge gave me the kick I needed as these where all I had left to make in terms of christmas, cept for a couple of pillow boxes, so yippee they are now done, I hate repeative work but hey ho its gotta be done sometimes!

Magnolia meets Stampavie Challenge

This week the challenge is to make a "christmas tag" so I have made several! Here they are:-
I must say I am so chuffed with them, the hours paid off! and the sad thing is where will they end up?! I may just try and save them to reuse again.

The Tilda I coloured with promarkers, I cut her out, and 3d foam mounted her on to nesties, the nesties where stamped with swirls and the edges inked, I added glamour dust to the centre nestie for a little bit of christmassy feel, I added snowflakes to the ribbon. The reason the ribbon is like it is because some boxes are bigger and it can hang, I left some without the ribbon, The greeting on the bag is from hero arts. The santas I did very much similar to the tildas, but with not as much frill!, I coloured them with promarkers and added glamour dust to the beards. I mounted him with 3d foam onto a nestie and edged the edges with ink. I attached ribbon and the same greeting to the back. BUT the piccy I am about to show you of close ups is 2 I did not make, my HUSBAND did!!!!!! I was busy colouring my santas and he asked for a go of me pens lol, meaning promarkers, so I gave him 2 santas, and made him do the rest, the only thing he didnt do was stamp him, and cut the nesties! not bad at all for a first go.
I needed a couple of extra ones so heres another two:-

Thanks so much for Looking. I hope you Like.x

Dont forget its Day 8 of Katharinas whiff of joy advent calendar! Wonderful stamps again, and gorgeous cards and items on Katharinas blog! http://katharina1794.blogspot.com/ Good luck everybody.x

Hi Joey,
WOW - have you been busy. They are all gorgeous - I love 'em - the Santas are my favourites.
Thanks for all your lovely comments - my PC has been playing up (on a go VERY slow) but at least it's still working - not like your laptop. Deepest sympathy on it's demise.
hugs Heather xx
