Create A Card - Party Invitation...

Hiya Everyone
Happy Saturday

I am busy getting sorted for my little ones party tomorrow, Can you believe she will be 5 on Tuesday!!! I remember announcing her Birth on my blog, geeeeeees how time flies

Today I have a couple of makes to share using the fab Party Invitation Create a Card die from Crafter's Companion
If you have a peek over in the shop you will see lots of different designs and the fab new sized A6 ones, absolutely LOVE these dies, they really do change your ideas and the way you can craft
I cut the die on red coredinations cardstock and again on white cardstock and overlayed the red with the white peeking out behind, I then layed these onto some teal coredinations. I added a few pearls and mounted it to my background which is layered up pieces of card, I sprayed everything with spray and sparkle, the little twists I cut some thin strips and wound them round my pokey tool, the raffia style ribbon is from my stash.

As I made that invite very bold and busy, I wanted to do something clean and simple and quick and easy, especially if you are batch making, I thought this design is so simple and can be adapted with colours for whatever you need...
Of course - Pink for a Girl, Blue for a Boy lol
I cut the die on white centura pearl, and carefully cut away the party part, and the invitation part, I slighty overlapped the invitation word on the inside of my card blank and covered the inside with a contrasting card, the party I mounted on to card, and added a pearl to its flower centre, a little bit of sheer ribbon and finished, very very easy and quick!

Of course you can dress these up as much as you want too

No mistaking what card this is looooooool

Thanks for popping by
Have a GREAT Weekend
Jo
