I have used this gorgeous image from Digi Stamp Boutique coloured with markers and a little glitter, the sentiment is from Inky Impressions. Roses from Wild Orchid and the bunting is an SU punch.
On the inside I used the same, pretty much, the sentiment is SU.

Don't the littlies just grow up so fast! Syds will be fine hun, but it might take you longer to adjust, lol. Gorgeous card, love the cute image. I've usually run out of steam but the time it comes to the inside but this is just fabulous! I feel inspired .... just such a shame I'm stuck at work! Hugs Sxx

What a little sweetie! Inside and out as a challenge, you say? Methinks I can manage that! Only problem is it's Father's Day here this weekend so I've got to do a card for my Dad and one for my hubby and a DT card for Here Come The Boys... and I can't see how I can get a fairy or a butterfly on any of 'em, lol! Saw your For Sale page, I love those Penny Black hedgies, but you know I'm a digi kinda gal, so they'd probably get neglected here too, hope you find good homes for them ;-) Donna xx
