Is It Bedtime YET?

Hiya Everyone, Absolutely shattered today, hubby brought some little drawer things for me, and him, but I nabbed his lol, and I stupidly decided to colour co-ordinate all my pearls and card candi, and many many hours later I finished, then I had to make room on my desk, which I stupidly pulled everything out, after many  many hours I have just finished and I am fit for bed! might fit a snickers in first though lol. In between all this I went out into the garden in the torrential rain to try and get rid of a million slugs and snails, I was drenched and I am not sure if when I open the door tomoz that they will be back outside, GRRRR, Anyone know how to get rid of these pests?!

Todays Cards use two super cute images from Digi Stamp Boutique
I better get finishing my teacher cards as its next week they finish! eeeek
Its my Mums Birthday next week and Nialls the week after so I need to crack on
I coloured these up with markers, the sentiment comes with them, the ribbon from my stash, and papers are either MME or echo park I cant remember sorry.

Thanks for Stopping By Today
Have A GREAT Evening
Joey

Hi Joey these cards are fabulous and I bet the teachers just adore them!! Don't you just hate that something new and you have to move everything its just a nightmare especially when you thought it was ok in the first place!

Can just see you now looking for slugs and snails! My neighbour goes out with a bucket at the crack of dawn everyday it looks so funny but her plants always look so beautiful and healthy.

Love Chanelle xxx

Honey when we had our herb garden, hubby kept on putting broken egg shells down... they seemed to help quite a bit with the slug problem.

May be worth a try if it's around your plants that is the problem?

Fabby cards by the way and I hope you got your snickers and ENJOYED it hun. Smiles.xx

These are so gorgeous, love them both. We haven't been plagued by so many snails this year, surprised though with all this rain. Sawdust is good apparently thiugh not tried it.

Two perfect cards! As for your slugs...rumour has it that they are good for your garden because they eat a lot of bad stuff (including dog poo apparently). If you are growing veggies you can put a copper strip around the bed which they don't like but otherwise they are best left alone. They like beer so you can catch them in little traps filled with beer and move them to waste land. Birdies eat them and if you poison them - the birdies suffer too. Just thought I'd let you know. Oh Joey, these are both so adorable. I love those images and I love what youhave done with them. You creations always make me smile.

Hmmm we do not get alot of slugs or snails so I am not sure. I will keep my fingers crossed they will not be around in the morning.

You sound like me, stealing stuff from my hubby. lol A girl has her craft needs, right! lol Don't you hate that, when you try to get organized and make a huge mess in the process.

Hi Joey, love your cards!! Pretty images. You know when my kids would ask me what time is was, the answer would always be: 'bedtime!'. They hated that LOL!! These days kids in my class tend to ask: 'What are we doing in gymclass today?' and I always answer: Shuttle Run! Which is an endurance test they really hate LOL!! I'm a tough teacher hehe!! Hugs, Frea
