Happy Saturday

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all ok, its still drab weather wise here, our Gazebo died the other night, the wind ripped right through the roof causing a great big hole, and snapped its poles in half oooops, means we must get a new one now lol.
Still got stupid migrane, not as intense as it was, Thankfully I am hoping it passes today, as its Day 3 and I've had enough, painkillers dont touch it, grrr and I am a bit fed up of sleep I have too much to do lol.

Nialls Class mates are all making their First Holy Communion today :)
Niall doesnt understand it all and it all goes over his head, I was gutted he chose not to make his own First Communion but I hope one day he decides too, It is not something I can force or push upon him. So I made this card for his little friend Joseph who makes his, its not a traditonal Communion Image but I think it works ok, and I tried to keep it neutral.
The cross I recieved from a lovely friend, the sentiments are from SU, the ribbon and papers from my stash, the image from Mo Mannings coloured with markers.

Markers Used:
Skin: E21,E02,E95,E43,E32,R32,E31
Hair: E31,E43,Y21,E53
Greys: W-3, W-5
Bear: E31,E43,E02

I would like to enter him into
Mo Mannings - Anything Goes
C.R.A.F.T - For a Male

I also had a request from another of Nialls Classmates Mum for a personalised card so I made this one, although I have covered her little face as shes not mine to show :) I know it kinda ruins the whole feel of the card, sorry, but I thought it was kinda pretty not to share
Awwww she did look absolutely beautiful in her Dress, the flowers are wild orchid, the papers my fave ever Howdy Doody, the pearls and ribbon from my stash, the charm from Inky Impressions and the Butterflies I punched and added pearls to the centre, I love the look of the white cross on the box lid, might use that for a card idea too.

Thanks for Stopping By
Have a Wonderful Weekend, Me I shall be trying to migrane shift and watching the F1

These are gorgeous cards that smart moms will keep for them until they get older and can appreciate what you put into them! That die cut cross really looks good how you used it for both projects; I love the little pearls, bow, and flowers you added to make them even more fantastic!

What a great card! So beautiful. You are right that you can't force your son to make an important decision. Just pray and let God do the rest. I pray your migraine goes away. I recently started getting them and I understand how they can take over your life. I hope you feel better soon.
Blessings,
Michelle
