Mono Tutorial

Hi Everyone, Hope you are well, I am here today with a mono tutorial, well I say tutorial its nothing special just how I do it really and I have been asked many times how so thought I would show you, the pics are not perfect but you can most deffo get the gist of it, I hope you may find it useful :O)
I have used the Shy Little Nickie image from Inky Impressions you can find her HERE

So Firstly this is what I used Copic Ciaos Cool Gray C0,C1, C2,C3, C5,C7
Step 1: I coloured over the whole image using C0
Step 2: Then I scribbled over it with c1 this really is a scribble, nothing neat about this colouring at all
Step 3: Then I began to add some shading with the c2

After Step 3 I coloured over the whole image with c1

Step 4: Then I added some more shading using c3, again after this step I coloured over the whole thing using c1

Step 5: Then I added some shading with c5, again coloured all over with c1

Step 6: Then I coloured in some dark shades with C7, again all over with c1 after

Step 7: Lastly I added some highlights with the Inkssentials pen, I outlined her using c1 and I gave her a little ground, to do this I draw a line in c1, then a little line ontop of this with c3, then a tiny bit of c5, I then go over this with the c1 again

 This is my finished Girlie

Hope this was understandable and ok, I do worry when I try to get over my way lol

Thanks for Stopping By, Have a fantastico Day x x x

The depth you've added just by using shades of grey is amazing! Thank you for sharing (and apologies for not commenting for a while, things have been hectic!)

Oh Joey....thank you thank you thank you for doing this girl!! So basically I see it's like adding bunches of layers over with the c1 after each time you shadow with the darker color. I'm going to save this and refer back to it and I will most diffy let you know when I do one!! :) Better sooner than later, huh?! You're a gem!! Big squishy hugs!!!
