Simon Syas Stamp Challenge

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well :O) Its a wet day here so I decided to get a little messy something I havent done for ages. Not feeling to happy today think it must be hormonal but hey ho, hopefully the sun will be out tomoz

This weeks Challenge over at Simon Says Stamp is "Anything but a Card" and all the DT have done a fantastic job

I decided to have a play with a double slide mailer, something I havent played with for a while, I covered the whole thing with acrylic paint and heated it up with the heat gun to give it texture and so it bubbled, I love watching that happen. I did the same to the swirl which is from Maya Road. I added some ribbon and buttons. The Tilda I love this one I coloured with promarkers. I used the Dynmo for "Special Friend"

The inside I stamped random text on the slides and heated them up, for once I remembered not to pick the glass up when it was burning hot :O) I added some more buttons and the sentiment verse.

Thanks for stopping by and Looking.x

Awww Joey, sorry to hear you're not in the best of spirits - this weather can't be helping either! It's really wet and muggy here - ugh!!

However, your slide mailer is just amazing! I love the colour and the texture is amazing!!

I need to see these poly-wotsits you're using now... off for a trek, but please don't tell me about anything else I haven't yet tried - I'm broke!!! LOL!

Big hugs to you and 'bump'! XX

This would indeed be for a special friend -- this is a very special project and a lot of work -- even if you do like to see the paint bubble up!
