Penny Black Challenge - Swirls

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. I have had a very emotional few days here. Both kiddies have been off this past week, syd since weds,Both saw the doc who said keep them off for the rest of the week. Well yesterday our Syd's temp still hadnt come down and after her scarlett fever episode a few years back we are very weary of it, the surgery wouldnt give us another appt and the doctor diagnosed her with Swine Flu, she hasnt been swabbed! but has been given a diagnosis anyway. Mart had been feeling pretty rough and last night he was given the diagnosis of Swine Flu too, again no swab, so they are both on those meds. I tell you my heart sinks everytime I think of it, its not good for them I hate to think that they have it,although neither of them are down and out, and its not good for me being pregnant either, the next person who tells me its ok and not to think the worst I think will really feel the wrath of my emotion!

I have lost me mojo think its cos I havent been making cards so much lately but I made one for the Penny Black Challenge this week the theme is "Swirls"I used papers from basic grey, stampin up and I am not sure of the floral patterned one. This is one of my fave ever Penny Black images, which I covered over with ink, the greeting is Hero Arts. I embossed the red strip with the divine swirls embossing folder and I used a swirl sizzix die.
