My Lovely Followers Thankyou :)

Sunday Greetings

Hi Everyone, Hope you are all well today, it has just hammered down here, thunder too eeek, the heating and lights have had to go on, not 100watt bulbs though so I am safe, lol go and read Kaths Blog for the latest looney illegal item!!! It must be the way Kath writes it I was in hysterics! lol

Anyways I made a couple of bookmarks for the kids, as they have new books, and I refused to pay the 2quid for a bookmark in the shop, my daughter was not impressed until she realised she can have her choice of any stamp and colours.

My daughter is at the stage of going into books by Roald Dahl and Enid Blyton, no pictures and lots of chapters, YIPPEE, big grins from me, this the teacher says will help her better with her story writing, shes good at it so we should encourage it more, thats fine by me, I love it that my kids are both bookworms lol. So I convinced my daughter to start with the Malory Towers Books, now I adored these as a child and I am so thrilled she has the first two as now I can read em again, ok they are not Danielle Steel but they are fab
This one is for my son, I used cosmo cricket papers, and cut his name from sizzlitts. He loved it thankfully, I laminated it just to give it a bit of a longer lifetime

and my daughters is gorgeous cheerleader Anya, in the colours she picked, The spotty paper is dcwv, and I used the doily lace punch on it, this is also laminated

Thanks for looking.x

I hope to get a challenge card made at some point! I was thrilled to see I had won last weeks Magnolia meets Stampavie challenge, whoopie thankyou so much :O)

Hope to be back later, thanks for stopping by.xxx

Hey Joey, fab bookmarks and just perfect to encourage the children to read. I've also been making bookmarks this afternoon for the girls at work, they saw mine and now everyone wants one lol! Your daughter has good tastes in books, I remember reading Mallory Towers and I also still have the entire collection of Enid Blyton's 'Secret Seven', they don't make them like that anymore lol! :) Donna x

What a great idea Joey, my 6 year old could use a bookmark like that...we read chapters books before she goes to bed every night and always end up using a piece of well, anything to hold our spot:-)
