I have seen this fold all over blogland and really like it so thought I'd give it a go, I coloured the image with promarkers and added some hearts as if they were her thoughts. I added some ribbons and pearls. The papers are k&co and basic grey infuse. The flowers are prima and I cut the "Love" from sizzlitts first steps and put them on top.
Here it is opened, I kept it quite plain:-
