Hi everyone, Happy Sunday, Thankyou all for your kind comments on Syds card, I am trying to get into a little routine now before the baby comes where we have set crafting time each week. I finished me shopping today yiiiiiiiippee! I am so chuffed, think the male cashiers think they will get a tip if they flirt with pregnant women tho! pmsl, either that or that "Blooming" thing is true and I look like a goddess, I can assure you I dont, scruffy tied up hair and a pair of jeans with next to no make up lol, anyhow it made shopping that bit better :O)

Simon Says Stamp - Let it Snow

Hi everyone, hope you are all well, wow what a busy busy week! so much to do so little time, one more shopping trip and I am finito on the present front YIPPPPPPPPEE :O) no closer to getting the cards done, but hey ho! Hubby ordered my pressies today :O) from the lists I gave him, I cant wait to see what he has picked.

Anyway, Sydney has made a card for the Simon Says Stamp Challenge where the theme is "Let it Snow"

Bless her heart, I stamped the image, tied the ribbon and cut the larger squared paper on the trimmer for her but everything else she did herself! we had a lovely hour sitting crafting together, although she do gab alot!!! lol. She has put me to shame as I dont have a card done for this challenge yet! eeeeeeeeeeeek lol.

Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge

Hi everyone, cor how cold is it! brrrrrr, I hope you wrap up wherever you are. I have yet another do nothing day lol, the decorator is nearly finished hanging the wallpaper I told hubby to take note!!! the demo men are still there lol, up until Feb or March I think, they are pulling down the first building on Saturday morning, I think my little man may just like to see that lol :O) It is his nativity on Friday yay and he has quite a paragraph to read! and has to dress in his little sheperds Costume, so so cute I cant wait Kleenex at the ready!

Anyway, I have made a card for The Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge and this week they have the theme of "Prayer - to make a card to show someone you are praying for them" if you have five minutes pop over to the blog, there really is heaps of inspirational reading on there, not to mention gorgeous samples! Heres Mine:-

I know someone who could just do with this card right now, so as soon as the glue is dry off it shall go in the post. I love this stamp it is one of the first Stamps Happen Stamps I brought and I dont use it nearly as often as I should, I love the words on it and I hope it fits this weeks theme.

Friday Sketchers

Hi everyone, what a horrible Monday!!! Its so dull and wet here, I am shattered too, had the decorator in this morn and he will be back again tomoz, they have begun demo work on the flats and I swear I am gonna end up going out there and demo'ing someone over the head with their blimen drill the noise is driving me maddddddddddddddddd! I know its not forever just not today lol.

I have made a card for the fabby sketch over on Friday Sketchers, loved this sketch :O) Thanks, and I am sorry its yet another christmas card! I will be glad when this years are finished! lol.

I didnt note down a recipe, as I was so busy colouring these in advance last night, and I am using scraps of Mme paper I have left over, Boy have I exhausted those pads this year lol. I am finding it easier to mass colour the evening before then try and knock the cards out in the daytime lol, oh the joys of Christmas :O)

Ho Ho Hot

Hiya everyone, Happy Sunday :O) I hope you are all having a fab day, the sun is shining here after a very wet start!. My delightful son decided to take a felt pen to bed with him last night and lick it till there was no ink left arrrrrrrrrrrgh, a call to nhs and then lots of scrubbing on his tongue and there is still traces of it, it really wasnt funny at the time, he was more upset there was a scribble on his piece of paper, seriously I have to have eyes in the back of my head with that one! no more felt pens like EVER!!! well until Christmas when he gets his art set but I am seriously debating that now lol!

Its time for another Winter Wonderland Challenge I really hope you can pop over and join us this week as its a real easy theme and I am guessing loads of you will hit it at some point this week! "HO HO HO" see told you it was easy lol :O) my fellow Dt have done a cracking job, and I just want to wish our teamie Avril a fabby dabby Birthday!!!

This card was made so far in advance I think I set my own miracle lol, the image is High Hopes Tropical Santa and I coloured him with promarkers, the papers Mme and Dcwv, the letters sizzlitts, snowflake punch, pearls, ribbon, eeek I am trying to think, lots of black ink.

Hi ya everyone, I hope you are well, I am trying to get through Christmas card making today, I wrote a load out last night and I am about 60 short grrr always the way eh! So I have made two this morning to get me started...

Phew what a busy week it has been, I had to visit the hosp on weds evening as something wasnt right, and the pain I was in argh, thankfully baby is ok and I have to rest, overdoing it again, but I havent been doing anything!!! I think sometimes you underestimate how much the little things can wipe you out, plus if I dont clean noone else will, although hubby has since pulled his socks up lol, all I need is a little bell haha, I say jump he says "How High". My daughters Ukuelle concert was absolutely fantastic!!! we had a fabby time! so thats why I havent really been around I hope to visit you all a bit later!

I also recieved an award from Jo , hunny thankyou so much I am so sorry I havent acknowledged it before now! Thankyou muchly for thinking of me.xxx

The Sugar Bowl

Hi Everyone, Yay :O) its now Decemeber!!! I put our tree up last night, as for Niall Christmas officially starts today love him!. We have our daughters Ukuelle concert this afternoon which should be great fun. She is learning her songs for the concert next week, and Niall has asked us to sellotape her mouth as her singing is winding him up eeeeek dunno how I am gonna work around that one!!!. Had me bloods done yesterday so I am sporting a couple of lovely bruises, bump seems to be happy enough, I seem to be a little addicted to eating that popping candy stuff, only the cola flavour lol, I am going to try and break the habit as I dunno if its good for bubs or not, the joys eh!

I have made a card for the challenge over on The Sugar Bowl where there is a fab sketch to follow from Marlene Thanks :O) and the option to include "zigzags" I have used some paper with zigzags on it.

Eeek again trying to remember the recipe, the papers are dcwv latte stack, the flowers Prima, some pearls, martha stewart lattice punch, and the promarkers I used were: sandstone, cocoa, cinnamon, henna, spice, lavender, lilac, olive green, dusky pink, blush, and pastel pink, I think that was it.

Hiya everyone, Hope you are all well today :O)

Its time for another Winter Wonderland Challenge and this week our theme is "Decorate a Candle or a Candle Holder" or both :O) As we are nearing Decemeber I hope some of you will come and join us with your Christmas Creations. There is going to be a few changes happening to the Winter Wonderland Blog over the end of Dec begining of Jan which we as a Dt are all excited about :O)
I decorated my Candle, I am not a huge fan of this, and burnt the first candle I did, or should that be melted lol. I used this Whipper Snapper image and coloured it with promarkers, I grabbed a bit of my sons calming tinsel to use in the piccy. I look forward to seeing your creations :O)

Hi everyone, Hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend! I ended up going out for a coffee with mum and nan lol, so nothing housework wise has got done. We drew our secret santas today, we are doing it between us and mums lot, my poor Niall he is ready to burst hahaha he wont last before he explodes and says who he has got! Hi Everyone, Happy Friday :O) its coming over all dark again so think we may be in for a spot of rain. Me and Hubby were spose to be going out to the cinema tonight, but both of us have only just remembered we said we would, and I didnt think to check if mum could sit babysit lol, thats how excited we get about going out, so we shall see, gonna have to make a decision soon though as I dont want to cook if I can have someone do it for me lol.

Hi everyone, yay its Thursday nearly the end of the week, I am so looking forward to this weekend this week seems to have Dragggggggggggggged! I have much to do today :O( washing floors and the like ugh.

Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge

Hi everyone, Hope you are all well. I am just home from our sons Christingle this morning, awwwww I do love this service all the little ones getting prepared for advent so sweet, Our son had to say "The Orange" and he did bless him, he could not sit still throughout and has taken to licking his shoe ugh!!! We will have to have some stern words with him later! It is this service every year that catapults me into Christmas mode, ooooh I can put the tree up next week and really start my Christmas Preparations :O)

Anyways lol, I have made a card for the Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge, it is my first time joining this challenge so I hope I have followed all the rules! the theme this week is "Thanksgiving" but if you dont celebrate "Thanksgiving" you can make a card or project "Expressing Thanks" which is what I did.

I made another easel card, I cannot get enough of these!!!, and I used a Penny Black image which I coloured with promarkers. Again another card I forgot to list the ingredients for eeek, I really must do better!!!

Happy Monday everyone, looks like we are in for a good old sloshing today its absolutely bucketing it down!, I hope you stay safe and dry where you are. Happy Sunday everyone, wow the rain has stopped, how long for who knows but its stopped! lol. I have so much to do today, Sundays just seem to be a day of cramming everything in! My Hubby is still in bed what a lazy so and so! Think the hoover will have to go on in a minute though ;O)

Quixotic Challenges

Hello everyone, hope you are all well and dry! geees where has this downpour come from! as soon as I think I can brave going out it lashes down again, no wellies, and brolly in car argh, I so know I am going feel the drench! lol.

I have made a card for the challenge over on Quixotic Challenges, and this week the theme is "Stitching" oh did my heart sink, stitching is another enemy of mine lol, I just cant do it grrrr, the amount of card that hit the bin is shocking!!! but I tried, wouldnt be a challenge if it wasnt challenging right?! lol

I used this super cool My Guy Ian and coloured him with promarkers, I then cut him on a nestie. He is way toooooooo cool!. The patterned paper is DCWV Latte oooooh these are so scrummy! I added a few pearls and flowers. The stitching is the fake stitching stamp and my tiny tiny little bit either end of the greeting lol told you I am rubbish at it!

Today I have made a card for the Passion for Promarkers Challenge which was a sketch from Ida to follow and you can use any colours you want :O)

This super gorgeous image is from Jenni over at Cardmadfairy's Clear Stamps and is called "Sweet Snowbaby" isnt it just so adorable I absolutely love it, and have coloured loads ready to be made into cards so watch this space for a baby overload lol. A huge thankyou to Jenni as I won this stamp on the Spread the Love for Jaimie Blog Hop :O) Thanks muchly. The sentiment is an old Anitas stamp, and I added a little glamour dust, sheer ribbon and pearls, The promarker colours I used were: Cornflower, Blue Pearl, Pastel Blue, Dusky Pink, Pastel Pink, and Blush.

Hi everyone hope you are all well, Its another dull day here, spose thats going to be the norm now!. Not much happening in the land of Joey, midwife in a bit then try and get more Christmassy projects done!

I have made this card for the Penny Black Challenge - with the theme "Song Titles/Lyrics" so as the sentiment says "I Wish it could be Christmas everyday" oh my gosh could you imagine! not only would I be broke but it would take all the meaning out of it too, lol, once a year is just fine.

I have used gorgeous Snowy, one of my fave stamps ever!!! I think he is one that will be pulled out every single year he is such a darl to use. The little bit of colour on him is promarker. I used MME papers surprise surprise lol, and the sentiment is also Penny Black.

Hi everyone, hope you are all well today, its dried off a little here :O) but ever so chilly, the roads all seem to be having work done so traffic is gonna be a nightmare this week!

I have wanted to try an easel card for a while after seeing them all over blogland but I dont venture from the norm lol, well I did today and this fits the Challenge over on The Secret Crafter

I used another CC Designs angel, and coloured her with a gel pen and promarkers, I cut her on a nestie and 3d foamed her dress. I inked all the edges on this my fingers are so dirty now tho lol. The sentiment again from the same set, the papers are mme, the flowers I covered with gold rub on then some glamour dust.

The thing is I actually really enjoyed making this one so roll on the Easel Cards lol, oh no!

Winter Wonderland

Hi everyone, hope you are all enjoying your Sunday, its a wet one here!

Its time for another Winter Wonderland Challenge and this week you have the choice of using that fab sketch Anne has provided or the theme "Pantomine" I went for the sketch! I love Anne's Sketches :O)

I used this gorgeous CC Designs Angel oh how I love these! I used the sizzix oval and smoothered it with ink lol, the image was coloured with promarkers. The sentiment is from the same kit. The papers are MME as if I would use anything else for Christmas this year lol, and that lattice punch another current fave!

2 Cards, 2 Challenges

Happy Saturday everyone I hope you are all having a good day, it has stopped raining, so I am gonna take the kids up the park for a while with their wellies, later tonight we have the fireworks display what joy!!! lol. I am hoping the exercise will help with my back, bum and hips as I have been in agony with them the past few days I dont know what it is or why but it is driving me nuts and keeping me awake at night!!!

Anyway on to the cards, I have made two the first is for:

Simon Says Stamp Challenge who this week have the theme of "Give Thanks"

I have used this GORGEOUS image by Elisabeth Bell which I got from Quixotic Paperie isnt it just so pretty I love it :O) I coloured the image with promarkers. The patterned papers are MME and I added some flowers and pearls. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and I used the MS Lattice Arch punch oh my gosh is this like the best thing since sliced bread I love it!!! even more than the doily lace!!! lol.

My second card is for Quixotic Paperie who have started their brand new challenge blog with a nice easy theme of "Birthdays" yay wishing Elaine a wonderful Birthday week :O)

I have used this fab Kraftin Kimmie Stamp I love these, I think it was Marlene who said they remind her of the rugrats oh my gosh they so do!!! lol I coloured her with promarkers, the paper again is MME and I added some ribbon and pearls, another Hero Arts sentiment.

Stamp Something for Jaimie

Hi Everyone I am here today participating in a special blog hop for a special little girl Jaimie. I first saw this on Tasha's Blog this morning then again on Lorraine's and knew my plan of action today was to make this little girl a card.
