Saturated Canary Challenge

Hiya Everyone, Happy Saturday, Hope you are all well. Potty training is going very well today bless her :) I think she is secretly enjoying the praise she is getting for going on the potty :) shes at that age where she is deciding whether she wants a daytime nap or not, so at the moments shes picking napping so she can get the nappy back on lol, clever chickie! I still havent figured how to give up the daytime naps! I do love a snooze :) Got a stonking headache today, so not cool, trying to catch up on DT cards, my hubby pulled apart my trimmer and its now fixed so I can crack on, I have made two cards but needed a break, my mojo is seriously low - STILL. I have had mojo blips before but not like this, this is just dragging on and on and on, I'm not fishing, just not happy with my crafty world at present, My lovely postie just brought me a set of new Rubber stamps whoo hoo, so I am hoping new stamps kick start some mojo juice, its been ages since I brought rubber, digi has me completely in its grasp! but I couldnt resist these, so maybe some colouring later :)

Anyways...

I did make this card for the Saturated Canary Challenge, Punches and Dies, I have a few of Kristas Gorgeous Digis and hardly anytime to use them at the moment, but I made time :) always good

Maddie has to be one of my fave images from Krista I absolutely love her :)

She is so pretty! I coloured her up with copics, the flowers from wild orchid which I added a little stickles too, the leaf is from a Martha Stewart punch and the snowflake from nesties build a flake. The ribbon is SU, and papers I think Bo Bunny not 100% though.

All that Scraps

Hiya Everyone, Back again with another All that Scraps Review :)

The potty training finished well, I got 3 more pees in the potty, and gosh I walked out the room for a second and was she not elbow dripping in pee when I came back in, so she got dunked well and truly in the bath, shes been out all day with Daddy today so had a day off, but all knickers are washed and ready for tommorrow eeeek! I dont remember it being this hard with the other pair lol.

I think I have earnt myself a good blog hop now, I have cleaned my whole house today :) happy days!!! lol I do love a clean and tidy house, got told off by Niall for opening his window oops but at least his room has been aired today, got a lovely yankee burning and ready just to chill a little bit :)

I have used the cutest cutest couple on my card, I absolutely fell for them as soon as I saw them over on Digital Delights by Louby Lou, arent they adorable! they are called Bride and Groom. There is lace on this honest, you can see a tiny bit under the ribbon, and then I went and stuck a flower the other side so its there lol, I coloured the image with copics and pros, the flowers and pearls from my stash, love this colour combo :)

All that Scraps

Hiya Everyone, Back again, Hope you are all doing ok. I am in the middle of potty training with a VERY unhappy Ella Bella, sitting on the potty is not her idea of fun, she threw the potty, and threw a nappy and wipes at me so she could wear them, she has only had one accident but no pee pees on the potty either, I think she saved it all for her nap when she did get a nappy, she has just picked a nice pair of purple knickers to wear so fingers crossed this evening we have a little progress.

I have used the seriously cute Swiss Pixie Birthday Lucy, and Partytime Logo. Coloured with copics, I do like these colours together, the papers are all scraps from my stash, I have been going through the scraps a little more lately, seem to have a never ending pile of them, that end up wasted. Its Thursday which means its Digital Delights Time here on my blog :) I always look forward to Digital Delights on a Thursday, do check out my teamies faberooney creations, and the Blog for more Inspiration :)

So this week I went with a Pirate theme, probably not the most traditional pirate colours but I like them :)

I used 4 different stamps on this card, the Pirates Eye Piece is from the Ahoy Matey Accessories Set, Presley the Pirate, Prissy the Pirate, and once again a ticket from the Circus Tickets Sentiment Set, I cut the ticket from around the sentiment, I do love that set!!! The paper is from my stash, the lettering I cut on my cricut, I added a little glamour dust to both the pirates.

The colours I used on this are

Skin:- E21,E02,E31,YR00

Prissys Hair:- V15,V17,BV08

Presleys Hair:- Promarker Cool Grey 5

and the clothes are:- CG5, V15,V17,BV08,G14,YG06

Whoo I actually listed colours, proud dot.com rofl!!!

Hiya Everyone, Happy Wednesday to you, middle of the week yippee!

I am here today with a card using the gorgeous Chatterbox Lili from Inky Impressions

She was part of the recent NEW release and is so cute to work with, and such a girlie girlie image too

So I kept her colours very girlie too, the papers are fancy pants, flowers from Wild Orchid, and pearls and ribbon from my stash, the sentiment is also from Inky Impressions. I feel this is a real girlie card for me, I use pink but this screams pink lol.

Tiddly Tuesday

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are well, I was so chuffed to see it raining this morning thinking my big little girlie wouldnt be walking to school on her own, but her friend still wanted to walk so off they went, they walk from her friends house which is closer, but my heart is in my mouth for the full half hour from 8.30 until 9.00 when I get a text to say she is there from my hubby, who still goes to take our son, gosh when did they get so big they have to go on their own??? I dont cope so well :(

Me shopping has already arrived from sainsburys and put away, I think I may just have been converted to doing it online forever!!! so simples and we have a right nice delivery driver as well, I did feel for him this morning in the pouring rain

Anyways...

Its Tuesday which on this blog usually means Tiddly Inks Time :) we have our current Challenge running HERE

I have to confess, everytime I colour up a Tiddly Ink I think I have a new fave, I am completely besotted by them, Christy is an amazing artist! Hiya Everyone, Happy Monday to you, I have plans for today but dont want to say as my Monday plans usually get jinxed through one thing or another lol, nothing exciting though I can assure you. Although I do need to get some coldsore cream for this fat monster on my lip grrrrr.

Hello Kitty

Hiya Everyone, Happy Sunday, I think its happy anyway lol, lots to do of a Sunday and not all my fave things to be honest, but at least the worst of it is out the way with the ironing being done!

Not much else happening in my world, I need a few more hours to get some DT stuff done, Christmas has well and truly zapped me, I used to craft of an evening and get all I needed done, but now I cant bear sitting at my desk come the evening, and I get so busy with one thing or another in the day time I am not getting any craft time in, even colouring is becoming a chore at the minute as I cant be bothered to do that in front of the telly either, arrrrrrgh whats happening to my craft world.

So I made this card for our little niece who was 5 in the week and is a total Hello Kitty Fan, It dawned on me I had a Hello Kitty sizzix die, so I grabbed it out and made this card, that was before the big shot died lol, its not under warranty either, so hey ho, a new one is needed.

I stuck some elements of her on with 3d foam, the lettering cut on my cricut, flowers and paper from my stash, I added a little glitter to her bow. I was so chuffed I remembered I had this die, although I secretly crave the cricut Hello Kitty Cartridges, whooo then everyone can get cute cards like this and I know I can be happy giving a card each time its a little girlies Birthday, works well lol.

Tiddly Inks Challenge

Hiya Everyone, Happy Tuesday, Its bitter out there today, I checked the weather it said its due to rain tomorrow whoo, that means the temp will go up slightly, cant cope with this cold! Not having a great week in the house of Joey :( things can only get better right?

My Big Shot decided to die yesterday, GUTTED.COM, I am awaiting a call to see if its still under warranty, if not I guess I shall have to think about getting a new one *sigh* my Big Shot is one of my cant live without gadgets, I have my calibur so at the mo its not end of the world, just feels it lol.

Pollycraft Monday

Hiya Everyone, Start of another week, and that means its Pollycraft Time :)

It was lovely to have a DT break, but I missed my Monday Pollycraft Postings, Thanks for joining us with our 4 week long Punch It Challenge, we loved seeing your creations, do check the blog for prize winners.

So I made a Wedding Gift Cake

I had brought a template for Cakes, but decided it should be simples enough to do without the need for the template, lol, waste of money that was, so I made 3 boxes, and stacked them, ta da! easy lol, it is if you can make boxes. I covered each of the boxes with distress inks,then stamped swirls onto the middle layer, and used an SU stamp on the other two, I covered with enchanted gold embossing powder and heated up, not that you can see it under the embellies lol. The image I used is Mr and Mrs Chester and you can get many more in the Pollycraft Shop. I coloured them up using copics and pros.

All around the cake is the same, the flowers are wild orchid, the lace from a local sewing shop,and some card candy, the ribbon I have in my stash.

The top of the box, wonky piccy taking eeek. You can just see some of the embossing.

I am so disappointed with my pics, it looks much better irl.

No Stamped Image

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all doing ok. Its been a long do nothing kind of day here, I did manage to get a whole heap of colouring done, not near enough but its a start :)

I have a day of ironing planned today oh what deep joy, havent done any since before Christmas eeeek

I have made this card, it was a request for a Baby Shower, and I wasnt sure what to do, the stamped image I wanted didnt arrive in time, the 2nd one I got just wasnt right, so I ended up using my Cricut. The lady doesnt know what sex her baby is, so I added pink and blue and kept it neutral.

The paper I think is from a Fancy Pants pad, the lettering and pram from a cricut cartridge, cream, white and kraft card. All the ribbon is from Su.

Not sure if I am used to the no image card, I like it I think, I think its because it is different for me

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend :) I shall no doubt be running around getting everything re-sorted out for school starting again this week.

Today I have a Bright, Bold and Fun card to share with you, using a combo of images from Digital Delights By Louby Lou

Told you it was BRIGHT lol

I love it, really makes me wish for summer now!

I have used 3 images and 1 sentiment from Digital Delights on this card, Circus Stand, Circus Sentiment Tickets, Dillion the Lion and Roley the Ringmaster all coloured with copics and promarkers. The papers are DCWV, the grass I cut from some felt, and I added a bit of twine to the end of his baton. I absolutely LOVE Roley, There are so many Circus Images in the Digital Delights By Louby Lou Shop, that you can make lots of combinations of Circus cards, perfect for Little Boys :)

Totally Papercrafts - First Challenge of the Year

Hiya Everyone, Happy Friday, Hope you are all well. I dont much like the weather we have been having here, I hope it improves this next week.

Still behind on lots of stuff, I think I was a bit silly to think I would get anything done with the kids at home, took my tree down yesterday, have to admit it looks loverly and ship shape again now, Its the longest I have ever had me tree up for its usually down in time for Syds Birthday, anyhow its all packed waiting to go back into the loft. Hopefully come Tuesday, me and Ella can get some routine and I can craft around that, fingers crossed.

All that Scraps

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all well, Thursday already, my kiddies will be back to school and routine before I know it!

Todays card is a little bit cheerful in its colours, and uses the gorgeous Swiss Pixie Sunflower Lula digi image from All that Scraps.

I coloured her up with copics, and added a dotty background with twinks. The flowers are Wild Orchid and the sentiment Penny Black, the papers I think are Jillibean. Love the bold oranges and yellows on this. Tiddly Inks New Release

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all ok. Its my little bro's 18th Birthday today, awww hes all grown up now :) amazing how fast time passes.

I am back today with another few samples from the Gorgeous NEW RELEASE from Tiddly Inks, do check out my teamies faberooney creations too.

I couldnt help but use Wryn - Close to my Heart again, she is so adorable, and I do really love her, I wanted to use some bolder colours with her, kinda opposite of yesterdays pastel version, and I like her in both colour ways. I coloured her with copics, pros and a little black polychromos pencil. The sentiment is from Tiddly Inks, the hearts cut on my cricut. The papers again from Fancy Pants.

The second card today uses Wryn - New Wings, the sentiment is so cute! you can imagine a little child saying just that!. Not quite sure how I ended up at this colour combo, but I quite like the bold blue against the browns, coloured with copics. The Get Well was cut on my cricut, the papers loose in my stash, one looks like Basic Grey, maybe even both not sure though.

The last card I have to show today uses Wryn - New Nest, how sweet is this image!!! I love her profile with her cutesy little nose. The sentiment is also from the New Release, the papers I think are Jillibean, distressed edges and a little ink to them, and just about everything else on this card. Love the browns with the yellow and oranges.

I do hope you love the New Release as much as we do :)

Tiddly Inks Tuesday

Hiya Everyone, hope you are well. My Syds had a lovely day yesterday, very spoilt :) and very happy. I am still slowly trying to find my mojo, I think the Christmas Cards zapped it all, but I am slowly begining to make a chip into the huge backlog of cards I have eeeek!

A Delightful New Year

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all well and enjoying the start of the year. Its my big girlies Birthday today, 11 wow I still cant get over how quickly the time has whizzed by, Bless her, I hope she likes her pressies :)

Today I have a card to share with you using one of the Gorgeous Digital Delights by Louby Lou Images, this one is so cute! and I love it more so, as it can be used time and again as it has no year printed onto it :)

I used two digital images from the shop, Little Dumpling New Year Boy and Celebration Clock coloured with copics and promarkers, I lost the bit of paper to tell you which ones eeek, sorry will do better next time! I added some glamour dust to the clock and the streamer he is holding, the stars I cut using an SU punch, the paper is from the Kraft pad I have exhausted lol. I really like this little cutie :)

Favourite Cards of 2011

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all well and enjoyed your Christmas. It was magical here watching my kiddies faces, they were very spoilt by Father Christmas :) I was too, no craft stuff, but I actually was pleased, am I sick??? lol, it made a change to have things I really wanted but for me instead of my cards :) a nice change.

Kath is celebrating a year of cards over on her BLOG, and would like us all to join her :)

So here goes...

January

I like this card as it was very different for me, and seemed to come together really well, the image is from AmberINK.

February

My Brother graduated and I was so proud! I loved the lettering on this, I like quirky lettering and dont use it near enough.The image is Penny Black.

March

I love this image and I got my pencils out to add shading, which I was so chuffed with, it took me a while to part with this one.The image is Penny Black.

April

I loved the boldness of colour on this card, the image is one of my faves this year from CC Designs.

May - I was moving house so no cards at all from me

June

Its not often I have an idea and it kind of works, I was well chuffed with this card, I love Maurice and he is from Pollycraft.

July

These babies from Pollycraft are too cute and so easy to colour up, I love this as it was a brighter New Baby card.

August

I think this could well be my fave card of the year, the colours are right up my street and it all just came together perfectly, another Pollycraft Image.

September

I loved the layout on this, and it feels to me like an elegant kind of feel, love the colours too, this is a Mo Manning Image.

October

This was in my top 5 Christmas Cards too, but I think its my ultimate fave of those, I love the layout, and love the softness of pencil, this is a Humphrey Image.

November

This image from TiddlyInks is so so so cute and I love him!!!

December

I am not sure if I said it already for one of the other cards, but this is my FAVOURITE of favourites lol, everything about this came together well, it is going to take me years to part with this little guy, he just worked! this image is from Tiddly Inks.

I hope you enjoyed my recap - Looking back through my blog, theres a lot I can see of my faults, I know we are our own worst critic but boy oh boy I have many points to address for next years world of blogging and a lot more points to sort for my own crafting.

Favourite Christmas Cards of 2011

Hiya Everyone, Happy Christmas Eve to you, I didnt think I would make it back on to my blog before Christmas but saw Debby's favourite five and thought I would join in with it too. Do hop on over to share your fave five with the lovely Debby :)

I feel rushed on my Christmas Cards this year and havent been happy with very many of them, in fact I ended up buying some :( not cool huh!

But I did have a scoot back through my blog and I found five, so here goes, in no order

The lovely Humphrey stamps, I have always been a fan and love we crafters can now use him and his friends, this card is pretty simple but I really really liked it :)

I loved this image the second I saw her from Inky Impressions, she isnt like any images I have and is perfect!!! especially for those younger older peeps we all know :) I liked the snow over the bunting, something little but I liked alot.

This little guy is from the Digi Stamp Boutique and I was really pleased with my colour work on him, its simple but kind of just fell together for me, doesnt happen often.

I love this card, mainly for the colours, I love this image too, I have only used her once, but think she is most deffo one of the sweetest out there this Christmas.

Bad Pic alert!!! but I love this Father Christmas so much! and really enjoyed colouring him up.

Hiya Everyone, whoo, how busy is it out in them shops! still gotta take me nan this evening, and do my own tommorrow, sooooooo not looking forward to the busyiness of it all. Niall is in full meltdown mode :( the excitement is clearly too much, I think we take it for granted, as I have always believed we sort of get away with it at Christmas, considering how badly some families face it, but boy oh boy is it coming out at the moment, I was horrified he hit his special teacher yesterday, mortified even, I still cant believe he did that, he did apologise and again today, although he did tell her not to tell us as he wouldnt be allowed his lego, not stupid that one! She told us anyway and he didnt get his lego, and he went to bed in protest with no tea :( hope this evening is a better one!

I have made this card and use Kraft card to colour on, its my first attempt eeek, I do hope to get better, I find I am extremely heavy handed with my pencils, I do try not to be, but once I have finished I can see ooops I was lol. I have used the gorgeous Little Bear from Tiddly Inks.

The papers are from my stash, the kraft is bazzill smooth, and a few embellies. Sorry about the pic quality. I left him sentiment free, I think in the next few weeks I will need a few plain cards to give out.

Santa Baby

Happy Tuesday, Hope you are all well and doing ok :) Wishing you better if your feeling poorly, so much going around at the mo, not nice :(

I am still waiting for a delivery of double sided tape, gees I hope it hurrys its driving me nuts not being able to make a card lol, I have been trying to colour though, but I want to stick stick stick lol.

My Sydney has her Christmas Dinner at school today, both my kids usually have packed lunch, Niall as he has a limited diet, and Syds because I think she gets more in a packed lunch than she does if its cooked, but she opted for the Christmas Meal, Niall gave me the leaflet I read it to him, and it got screwed and thrown straight in the bin hahaha, that was that then.

I have made this card using the gorgeous Santa Baby image from Tiddly Inks, so so so cute, and I just had to use it for my adorable baby Nephew Khalil

It does have loadsa glamour dust on, but the camera didnt pick that up. Coloured with copics and pros, that kraft pad again, I think this may just be a contender for paper pad of the year for me :) the sentiment is from a Humphrey set, a few embellies and the stars cut with an SU punch.

I am one of the fortunate ones who still have kiddies at school, I say fortunate as Nialls excitement goes through the roof as many kids do but he has cant contain or control it and every year it gets worse!!!!! lol so I only have 2 days of that this year instead of a week, then Christmas will be here and he will have lots of goodies to occupy him :) I so cannot wait I think kids at Christmas is just the most magical thing.

Checking my List

Happy Saturday, Hope you all doing ok. Its great blue skies here very nippy still though. I didnt make my little ladies concert last night :( my son decided he wasnt leaving the house, so I stayed and daddy went.

The image I have used on todays card is very apt for me right now, I have lists for everything! a list for christmas pressies, a list for me bills, a list for me food shop, a list for Syds Birthday, a list for janaury birthdays, a list for january dt projects,and a list of jobs around the house, lists lists lists and I am checking them twice too lol.

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all doing ok. A bit late with todays post, I am feeling so tired, my tooth was infected, the wisdom tooth has decided to erupt, the last one now thankfully, and its all a little bit manky doodle in my mouth, the pain I think is being eased by the Antib's, I can only hope it goes away and doesnt return until after Christmas, dear tooth will be removed in the New Year under sedation, woo go 2012!

Have had a right PANTS day here today, cant go into details because they are not mine to go into, but boy have I felt lousy, and emotionally so tired now, if you pray please send up a little one for my family, they could use it just now :) xxx

My not so little woman is turning 11 on the 2nd of Jan, 11?! when did that happen, I always remember her being tiny in a pushchair and some eldery people stopping me to tell me "make the most of it, it goes so quickly" I tell you they were not kidding.

Off to the dentist this morn, gots a very sore tooth, lots of gunky stuff and a stonking headache, need to be sorted for Christmas whatever it is. Going to get me a new printer too, so excited! thought I was going to be printerless for weeks and weeks, the thought I could not cope with lol.

I used a cuttlebug folder to emboss the background, and the snowflakes where nesties which some I covered with diamond dust and some with glamour dust and layered them up, they do look more pretty in real life. A little ribbon and a couple of pearls.

Ooooh its getting closer

Hiya Everyone, Hope you are all well. Its getting closer and closer to Christmas now, we sat and done our wrapping phew, the lot is done took just under 4 hours too, just a few odds and ends that will need doing now :) My beloved printer died yesterday :(((((((((( so not happy about it, I am hoping I will be able to replace it asap, and not have to wait but not very sure that will happen boo hoo. Still it has served me well.

My desk has been out of action all this past week, whilst hubby decorates (STILL NOT FINISHED) but my desk is back in place and really screaming my name, I still have 3 Cards to make and they are important ones so I need to get busy! I made this one before my desk was moved and craft stuff stacked.

Hiya Everyone, Happy Saturday to you :) Hope you all ok and more sorted for Christmas :) I have managed to get the rest of my pressies, just hubby and stocking fillers then woo hoo, on to the wrapping! I am not a tidy wrapper I find it quite tedious to do, but like the presents to look nice, so not a match made in heaven for me, hubby usually helps I dont think he can cope with my messiness, he often says its a square box!!! how can you go wrong on that hahaha, oh well, as long as its covered eh.

My little man came home last night with GOOD news, he has been chosen to play Joseph in the Christmas Play, I am totally gushing! and so so proud, I am so going to need a shed load of tissues! Considering his issues I am going to scream this from the rooftops and absolutely relish in every minute of it for him!!! one super chuffed mummy here! he wasnt even going to the concert as of yesterday so whoo hoo for him :)))

I have used Fairy Lili, if there was ever an image that made me think of Inky Impressions this is the one, I think she is gorgeous and so adaptable too. The sentiment is also from Inky Impressions. I coloured her with copics and added glamour dust to her wings. I added some felt ribbon, and some dotty satin ribbon and the ruffled ribbon too, phew lol. Pretty blooms and some pearls. Love this colour combo too.

I used the very gorgeous Angel Spice, I cut away the hearts she blows in the image, and replaced them with snowflakes. I coloured her up with copics, pros and pencils, and added some glossy accents to her lips, boots and bow, and a little glamour dust to her wings.

The sentiment is SU, and I added some stickles to the flowers.

Pollycraft Monday - Midway Reminder

Hiya Everyone, Monday already! where does the weekend go?! Hope you are all well.

Its Monday and that usually means its Pollycraft Time, I felt lost without a Pollycraft post last week, as our current Christmas Challenge is running for 4 weeks, so today some of the Pollycraft DT have some Midway reminder creations for you! whoo hoo, my teamies are the bestest!

I have used Happy Mail from the Swings and Slides range how cute is this image! coloured with copics, pros some glamour dust and glossy accents over the postbox. I used some Kraft and that gorgeous Kraft patterned paper again, oh my gosh that pad will be empty before I know it!

Made a box too, this one is for my Mum and Dad.

Panic Over!!!

Hiya Everyone,

Hope you all ok, my Panic is over, the lovely Kate and Sarita came to my aid and I have now purchased some additional storage for my blog pics! WOW, my blog will be 4 in January so I guess I havent done bad! have brought probably more than I need but the thought of not blogging wasnt a nice one lol, can just imagine trying to describe a card rather than show you a piccy! Thanks so much Ladies, your help has been very much appreciated :)))

Todays card I have made for my Mother and Father In-Law I loved this image when I saw it and knew it would be right for their card. Its from The Paper Shelter.

I made a cute little box, and cut a window so I could put some acetate there, the frame around the window was cut with a nestie, I think my Grand Calibur is deffo worth its weight in gold for doing boxes like this.

I added some stickles to the flowers and some gems to the frame.

The card I coloured the image with copics and pros, I added some glossy accents to the clockface, berries and little dogs nose. The sentiment is computer generated. Papers from my stash.

I am going to enter this into The Dream Valley Challenge who have a theme of Sparkle.

Tiddly Inks Genuis and some more from the New Release

Hiya Everyone, Happy Saturday to you, brrr hasnt it turned cold!

You might want to have your brew to hand there are lots and lots of Pictures and cards to see here today :) I dont often post so many so thought I would have a one off :)

I have a few pictures for you today of a few more cards from the New Release from Tiddly Inks Little Somethings and a GENIUS too.

OH MY GOSH

I absolutely LOVE him, I loved him when I saw him but adding some colour too him makes him something special! I really enjoyed making this card :)

I got a kraft paper pad, and it has the most delish papers in it, I got some plain Kraft too so you might see some awful attempts of colouring on that, but the pad is WOW WOW WOW, I think its by MME, I most deffo need more!

Isnt he Fab! I coloured him up with copics and pros and I have started to use the copic blender pen on my grounds and white areas, it softens them up lovely, the promarker blender I use to remove colour.

Here is the little extra you get when you purchase this image, great for putting whatever sentiment you want in it, I cut a felt "A" from a sizzlitt strip. As I cut his tail off, I gave him the long piece of twine for his tail instead.

I used my SU star pinch on a bit of felt and added a button and twine.

Deffo one of my fave images at the moment :)

This first card is using Little So and So

I coloured him with copics, and added a tiny bit of glamour dust. The letters I cut using my cricut and the papers and embellies are from my stash. My Ella saw this card and keeps calling it small small, from the kids programme "Big and Small" I dont think it looks anything like small though lol, but she does, so if shes still into "Big and Small" when her Birthday comes in February I will be using this cutie again :)

The second card I have used the Little Squeaker Image

The sentiment is also from Tiddly Inks. I have coloured her with copics and pros and added some glamour dust. I inked all the edges with a purple inkpad, and used some white pencil highlights.

The last card I have used the Little Bear Image

I coloured him up with copics and pros. The papers from my stash, again the sentiment is from Tiddly Inks. He is so adorable!!!

Warm Wishes

Hiya Everyone,Wednesday Again, hope you are all well. Me and my girls have had a lovely day around my Sil with my 2 Sil and friend and all the kiddos, Niall stayed home with Daddy.

Came home and Niall is most deffo on one, wow, he has just hit my baby with a roll of wallpaper, I am so angry with him, and I have let him know I am angry with him, but hes still in meltdown mode,So not sure if the point about not hitting has got across, probably not, my poor Ella has a nice bruise now, not happy :(

Rodney Reindeer

Hiya Everyone, Happy Tuesday, Hope you all doing ok. I seem to have that blasted cold back with a vengence today, so not impressed by it, I havent fully lost the snots since it started and me throat is sore again, I am feeling pretty pants right now :(

My Niall seems a little brighter, he has some colour back in his cheeks, but still looks poorly love him, he is currently driving me nuts, about one particular decoration on the Christmas Tree, it is really causing him some anxiety, it is a golden glittered apple, its been on the tree every year, but sadly its about to meet its maker, "Apples should be red and green not moudly gold thats just stupid!" out the mouths eh!, aww well son if it makes it easier on you I'll take it away!

Talking of Niall, I am struggling massively to get his ADHD meds down him, do any of my fellow Autism/ADHD mums have any advice, it would be greatly recieved!!! :)

Did the food shop this morning felt like I was going to keel over when I got back, only plus side is me eccles cakes, sorry puff pastry mince pies lol, were buy one get one free whoo, but seeing as I am the only one who eats em not sure if I can put away 8! Actually I am sure but dont like to think I could eat all of them!, Got a few more pressies too, only a few left to get now :)))

Anyways...

I made this card just because, and just because this Reindeer is too cute not too! I have a shed load and I mean shed load of cards and dt stuff to get on with, but I couldnt resist lol.

Pastel Christmas

Hiya Everyone, Happy Monday, Hope you all ok. My Niall has woken full of whatever this bug is this morning, Bless him, he is snuggled up in his bed, His Support teacher is off school today with the same so they must have been breeding it between them lol, Hope they are both better soon. It put my plans out lol, was planning to go finish me Christmas Shopping today, oh well, not to worry the shops will still be there tommorrow.

I am begining to get some of the haul of family cards done, I say begining I have made 3 hahahahaha anyhow this one is for our niece who is a Pink lover! lol.

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all ok. Sunday again lots and lots to do today. I spent the day yesterday with my Beautiful Nephew :))) he has started smiling and has the cutest little laugh, really made my day, even better he saved the poop for when his mummy got back :) clever boy lol.

I got my tree up :) Yippee! I love it as soon as it gets dark on go the lights, twinkle twinkle so pretty!

I made this card Friday but didnt have a chance to blog it yesterday, so here it is :)

My Niall loves Father Christmas and I always try to find a new one for him, well I did, and he comes from Digital Delights by Louby Lou, you can find him here, How cute is this Santa!!!

I worked out I need another 60 cards and gifts for Christmas, dont think I am going to make it, so a few peeps wont be getting a card from me this year! I thought I was going well, I have a box and bag full of written cards already lol, still have to make most of the 60 as its for family and teachers, is starting earlier in the year ever long enough?! My hubby is currently decorating and my craft stuff has to be packed away, gosh, 60 cards no where to do them not cool eh! on a happier note, 1 MORE WEEK!!! and I can put up me Christmas Tree, ooooh I am super excited!

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all doing ok. I thought I was finally getting over me cold, but the heavy headache has come back with a vengence today :( still snotty hopefully it will pass sooooooooon!!!

I have made this card using the gorgeous Flower Lili from Inky Impressions

I coloured her up with copics and pencils, really loving my pencils at the mo, the papers from my stash, the sentiment is from SU. The card blank was cut from a grand nestie, had to sit and cut a whole bunch of blanks out today, it took me an hour I didnt feel like making nothing then lol. Heres Mine

The image is from AmberInk as is the sentiment, I used a little promarker on the image and covered it with 3d gloss, got a bit heavy handed with it, but I quite like the yellowlly bit, wasnt planned but didnt dry through lol. These were the only papers I had in my stash, slightly traces of cream but couldnt be helped lol. Quite a clean card for me.

How cute is this girlie, I love her little snowflake dress, I coloured her up with copics and pros, and added some glamour dust and little gems to her flake. Her hair just naturally progressed to purple, I quite like it. The sentiment is Penny Black, embellies from my stash.

The second review I have for you is Nixie

I think she is my fave! lovely to colour and so pretty, coloured with copics and pros, I edged around her using my pencils, sentiment and ribbon is su, flowers from my stash.

Sweet Humphrey

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all doing ok and well.

I am here today with Humphrey, how I love this little guy! dont use him near enough as I should, so I dug out my pencils and coloured him up, I must colour up some more over the next week or so, I still have a stack of Christmas cards to make, I went through all I had, wrote them out and they are all sat in there envelopes waiting for December to come, my Ella has been at them already and opened a few argh, kids lol.

I used my pencils for the colourwork and added some glamour dust to the image, I love the softness of pencils. The sentiment is also from a Humphrey set, the snowflake I cut with a nestie on acetate and covered it with diamond dust, the flowers from wild orchid, the papers and embellies from my stash.

Here today to show a card I made for one of the Splitcoast Stampers Challenges, The one I chose was the Friday Free for All - the challenge was a Thankyou card with your most used embellie

I didnt have to think really, as I always reach for ribbon and pearls, yep typically not just one!

I used the gorgeous Nickies Birdie from Inky Impressions, coloured her with copics and pros, and the papers are from my stash, the semtiment is SU I think.

Happy Saturday, Hope you all doing ok, I have a rotten cold, so not happy with the world today, Ella is still streaming too yuk! Not going to do much else for today, cept overload on telly.

I have made this card using the gorgeous Maddie the Elf image from Inky Impressions, gosh she is so cute! and such a joy to colour up, she really is adorable.

I coloured Maddie up with copics and pros, and added a tiny bit of glamour dust, the papers from my stash, some ribbon, twine and lace, the sentiment is also from Inky Impressions, as is the little charm, so cute. I think this is a great sentiment stamp, you can jazz it up or leave it plain, I added some copic colour, some glamour dust and pearls.

There was really only one image I could use from Meljens this week and that was these gorgeous Poppies. I adore Poppies, for flowers in a vase yellow roses I love, but for my fave flower I would have to go with a Poppy I love all those beautiful pictures of the Poppy fields how I would love to come across one!

And it seemed the right image to use for Today considering it is Remembrance Day

All that Scraps Sweet November Review

Hello Everyone, I am here today with some of the Fabulous Sweet November images, the All that Scraps DIGI DT have been reviewing them, so do hop on over to the All that Scraps Blog for lots of Inspiration, and you can get all these images in the All that Scraps Shop.

The first I am reviewing is called Cookie Break and I absolutely love him, he is a joy to colour up, which I did using copics, and the papers are gorgeous! I love them, a few embellies from my stash, and the sentiment is from SU.

The second image is called Jolly Elf and is such a fun image for the boys, and for kiddies, I kept him bright and cheery, the sentiment I think is from Hero Arts I have had them for ages, I think it might be one of my most used stamps ever!...

The last image I am reviewing today is called Buttons Elf, he is too cute, and I have made a smaller card to what I am used too, again coloured with copics,the sentiment is from Penny Black.

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all doing ok, I think my Ella has yet another cold which she has shared with me once again, my head is pounding this morning and her nose is streaming yuk! We have to go off out as we need to do the food shop sigh.

Anyways...

The flowers from my stash, the charm is also from Inky Impressions. I made the little box and gave it an acetate window I love this on boxes makes them look so pretty.

Brrrrr Tuesday

Hello Everyone, Hope you are all ok, its very nippy today, I cant seem to warm up at all :(

I have been admiring the cards over on Pops Blog for a good while and I love her TiddlyInks Cards so I went over to the shop and got a few :)

Which means I can enter the TiddlyInks Challenge :) Cant believe I didnt have any of these in my collection already!!!

I knew I had to have her, she is gorgeous and a dream to colour up! which I did with copics, the flowers are from wild orchid and the sentiment is Penny Black. I decided to make her a red head I do love colouring up red hair, I seem to have found a blend of colours that work for me E37 SEPIA, E29 UMBER and E08 BROWN, not sure if its called umber or burnt umber but its deffo that number, they seem to work really well and the Make it Crafty Blend Card is perfect!

So....

Sue's card are one of the hardest I have to make every year lol, and this year nothing changed!!! except she has a Cockatoo, and he is very noisy lol, so thats where I based my card, usually I try to do something sentimental, so I tried to be witty, Hope you like it hun.

I was a little worried that it looked a bit masculine but I tried to girlie it up a bit with the blooms, the image is from The Paper Shelter, the colours Sue likes so I knew they would be ok lol. I coloured him up with copics and pros and a little glamour dust. The sentiment was computer generated and the fifty from sizzlitt strip.

My First Cricut Card eeeek!

Happy Saturday, Hope you are all ok, How terrible was the news of that awful M5 crash, those poor people, I really feel for all involved, so sad.

I was told by hubby and scoopy yesterday that they wanted a card made using the cricut, eeek, there is so much inspiration out there that my card isnt a patch on them, I dont think its too bad for a first go lol, although its a real basic design, I hope not too basic that I have unintentionally copied someone though.

I had a scoot around the Cricut Challenges and found the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge, who host on Mondays, and the theme this week is

"Birds"

So after checking that a Penquin is a birdie, lol, yes I had to check! my facebook friends confirmed it lol, but I googled him too and he is an Aquatic Flightless Bird rofl, yes I am just that ditzy!!!

So heres my card

The Penquins, Leaves, Moon and stars and snowbursts (they arent snowflakes but I think they pass) where cut from the Cricut, I edged them all with silver shimmer chalk, and built up the penquins using 3d foam pads. The flowers are Wild Orchid, and the sentiment is Penny Black, I used the cuttlebug swiss dots folder over the snow, and added a little glamour dust.

It shimmers much more than I thought it would, I forgot the chalks were shimmer ones lol, but I like it, I do like pastel colour cards muchly.

So I do hope to get better with me Cricut lol :)

Cuter than Cute

Happy WET Thursday, Hope you all ok, I have been wading through a ton of dt stuff, but I did make this card today, A very Lovely Friend sent me a voucher for my Birthday for Saturated Canary so I went straight over and got a few of those gorgeous Digis, Thanks Hunny :)

I am still having MEGA camera probs, sigh! I think its something maybe to do with the fact my delightful Ella has ruined the lens grrrr, Not sure when I can replace it either, so just have to make do, Its ok taking pics of people, so maybe it just doesnt like cards.

I coloured these gorgeous girlie up with copics and pro's, not sure where the colour combo came from but I kinda like it, the flowers are all from Wild Orchid, the sentiment is SU, and a few embellies. I always need a stack of Thankyou cards and I have been seriously lacking them in my box, so am going to try and build a stock up!

Today I am introducing you to Marisa, she is super adorable!!! and another of the Brand NEW Digital Images from Inky Impressions.
I made a Luminara, or however it is spelt, and really enjoyed doing it, cept for me measurements lol, I followed the instructions over on splitcoast stampers and I wanted it bigger, so I doubled the instructions and it was too big, so I then went in between and it was a perfect size for me :)

Each side mirrors the other, so 2 are the same :) I had great fun decorating it up

Marisa is adorable and a dream to colour,I coloured her with copics and promarkers, she is so girlie! I added flower soft around her sleigh on the two sides, around each of the windows, I added dinky drops and pearls, a charm and some ribbon.

On the two other sides, I embossed the vellum and outlined the stars with some glamour dust.

and in darkness I could not get this picture to be ungrainy *sigh*

And Today I am so pleased to introduce you to MaMaw!!! she is a wonderful Digi, so easy to colour and such a cool Grandma!!!

For once I used me Grand Calibur lol, and cut the scalloped card blank, the papers are from my stash, and I coloured up MaMaw with copics and promarkers, I added some glamour dust too. A few embellies from my stash.

I used my SU punch for the bunting, then edged it with some liquid applique I love that stuff I really liked how it looks.

Fabulous isnt she?!!!

Hello, Hope you are all well, another wet one here again today. My Ella has passed on her snots to me so between the two of us we can keep kleenex busy. I think I am going to have to ban SpongeBob first thing in the morning, he is driving me absolutely nutty and the two littlens love him argh! too much all morning every morning!

I have made this card for a Very Special little Man, My Nephew Khalil, although my Sister doesnt have the card yet, each time I plan on giving it to her it never comes off, so she may well see it first on my FB feed, sorry if you do!!! I used one of Mo Mannings gorgeous Babies, I think this is one of the best sets I ever brought as I always reach for it when I need baby cards.

Happy Monday, Hope you all are doing ok. How nice is it not to rush around getting ready for school :) LOVE half term :)

So its Monday and that means its time for another Pollycraft Challenge, thankyou for joining us with our Girlie Creations last week, this week our lovely MaryJ has chosen the theme

I made a Hanging, I quite like doing these, check out my Teamies fabulous Spooky creations

I have used the gorgeous Luna Bitterfrost - Happy Haunting coloured her up with copics and promarkers, added a little glamour dust to the pumpkins. I dotted with a white pen around the edging, the web is cotton wool I tell you those little balls hold so much cotton wool inside them I had that stuff everywhere, was finding it for days too, I sprayed it with sticky glue and sprinkled some glamour dust over it. I made a ickle bat and spidee it must have had effect because my Ella ran across the room from it lol, Sorry Ella. A few embellies from my stash.

Hello Everyone, Hope you all ok, its a lovely day here today, not so cold :) we are having a bit of a lazy day :) still in me jim jams so bad!

I was fortunate enough to win the challenge at My Mums Craft Shop the other week and I won some fabulous Digis from Di's Digi Downloads and gosh I was spoilt for choice! So I have used this cute and gorgeous image My ears are cold, so sweet

ACK, Stupid picture, so sorry cant seem to get any right at the mo grrrr

Coloured with copics and pros, a little glamour dust, some blooms from wild rose, no sentiment but I think it works, I love this image so much they are too cute!

I am going to enter this into the Secret Crafter Challenge - Wrap up Warm - There ears may be cold but they have warm snuggly scrafs

Hiya Everyone, Happy Saturday, Hope you all are doing ok, we were out last night for our Nieces 18th :) luckily I am feeling ok today :) it was a great night and now I can show the card I made for her, I rigged my blog up to my Facebook, and now I cant blog cards for those family peeps until after they have em' lol, else they be seeing it all first, I might just disconnect it again if I can find out how, so technically challenged!!! I did think it a good idea at the time!

Anyways...

I have used the gorgeous CC Designs Digi Honey Hairdresser you can get her HERE, and you can get all a whole lot more over in the All that Scraps Shop, Our niece loves PINK, and is training to be a hairdresser so I went for this digi :)

I coloured her up with copics and pros, a little glamour dust, the papers from my stash, The bunting from an SU punch thats my fave punch at the moment, only a few embellies.

I am entering this into the Totally Papercrafts Challenge who have a theme of Layers Upon Layers

Coloured with copics and promarkers, the pumpkin I added some 3d gloss over, a bit of card candy and a bit of ribbon.

I am loving these Wild Orchid Flowers, bit slow on the bandwagon with those but they are so gorgeous to work with, I feel another order coming on :)

Happy Tuesday, lots to do today!!! Got parents evening tonight :) and a ton of cards to make before then.

I have made this card using another of those super cute Sugarnellie Fairies. I am really enjoying colouring these up, this one I coloured up with copics and promarkers, a little glamour dust to her wings.

The papers are Summers End, I love this pad, the colours are gorgeous! the flowers from Wild Orchid.

Hiya Everyone, Happy Sunday hope you all ok, sorry for the lack of commenting and blogging, I have been cooing over my nephew he is so perfect!

Have you seen the Current Challenge over at Inky Impressions?! We would love to have you come play with us this week, there is a sketch to follow with the optional theme of seasons, so use both, either, or, we would love to have you join us :) Have a PEEK here!!!

I had a little colouring session last night and need to make some cards asap!!! eeek, not sure where the time will come from. I made this one using the beautiful fairy Titania from Sugarnellie, I think she is my fave :) I love them!

I coloured her up with copics and added some glamour dust, outlined her with pencils, I keep the colour under her wings slightly lighter, I like the way it looks, red and teal one of my more likeable colour combos.

The sentiment is Pollycraft and the flowers from Wild Orchid, so pretty!

Late Late Late

But with good reason!!!

My Sister had her Beautiful Baby Boy and he is PERFECT!!! I am so proud of her and over the moon at our little man he is so tiny and makes my heart melt :) love him millions!!!

As that took up the entire day yesterday I didnt get a chance to write up or blog my Inky Impressions DT Post, huge apologies to my Teamies.

I used the gorgeous Sophia Sweet Snowman which you can get from the Inky Impressions Shop HERE, and coloured her up with copics and pro's. I added some diamond dust to her snow, the sentiment is su, and I cut the snowflake on a nestie using acetate and covered it with diamond dust, love that look. The flower I made myself using the Tim Holtz sizzix die.

Hiya Everyone, Hope you all doing ok, its so dark here I wish that blasted wind would go away!!! Not been up to much had a quick tidy around my desk so that I could see it again, and really need to get on with Christmas Cards, keep thinking about them isnt getting them made any quicker lol.

So on that note, here is another Humphrey , well Lottie I think cos her ickle bit ellie hair on top her head, isnt she adorable!!! I dug my pencils out from hibernation and had a play with them, love the softness of them, and have left them out to do a few more. The sentiment is also from the Humphrey Christmas sets, pearls from stash and all flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, feel like Christmas came early when they were delivered, need a few more me thinks. The leaves are punched.

I tried to give a background, I am still practising to get it perfect, but I really think it looks better around the images, must try to remember to do it to all images.
