And Following on

This is the card I wanted to show you from my last post lol, so if you read all that about the sewing, youll see what I mean, but I think it works, I do love all the texture on this card, the image is so cute, and of course coloured with promarkers once again. What do you think though can I use messy stitching again??? or quit before I ruin even more cardstock lol. Thanks for stopping by. xxx

wow hunni The stitching look's fab
we'll make a stitcher of you yet lol. I struggle to stitch a straight line on the sewing machine too. It sometimes helps if you've got a line to follow so it might be worth while making a light pencil line where you want to stitch and following that.
Keep trying hunni

a little tip to help you sew in a straight line is to place the paper under the needle in the position you want it and then stick a piece of low tack tape on the machine in line with the edge of the paper, as you sew keep the edge of the paper in line with the edge of the tape and your sewing should be straight. hope it helps

Hi Joey, I love the card and think the messy stitching looks great. Looks like it was meant to be there. I got a sewing machine for christmas and couldnt even fatham it out so took it back. I do pretend stitching now with my pokey tool and pens.
